Refurbished with traditional pub grub. Brit feel - makes it one of the better places to watch the footy

Great location, clean and nice - not suited to families, however due to the lack of a lift and having 4 floors of rooms - carrying children and luggage was a bit of a hassle. Also, no air-conditioning which is a must in Auckland. Great restaurant and bar though.

The staff were friendly and attentive at the main desk throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with more room than your average room in Auckland.
