Easy enough for us. We didn't have any special needs or requirements. They have the same amount of legroom as any other airline. They do reasonably good deals on flights all over the world!

Great prices for their flights! They are slightly hard to contact. However if you have no special requirements etc, you'll be fine. Same legroom as most other airlines, unless you upgrade yourself.

If I am traveling with a Chinese airline they are my first choice as I can collect Air NZ air-points due to them
being part of the star alliance.
