      AIr China are pretty hard to contact from NZ - everything is fine if you can go through the website, but in any exceptional cases - such as trying to book an infant seat, it's a nightmare trying to get a hold of someone. When we spoke to the call centre in China, they could only assist with payments made from China bank accounts, which wasn't helpful. Their prices are cheap - that's what stops the 1 star review, but you also get what you pay for with very limited entertainment on flights as well. Customer service in NZ needs to up its game would be the main thing I would say for Air China.
