      My sisters and I dined tried 1947 Eatery because I’d heard so many positive reviews about how impressive the food is from Indian friends.

      When we entered, I was immediately impressed by how stunning the restaurant is and also by how friendly and inviting staff is. It was really fascinating to learn about India’s year of independence from English colonization being the inspiration of the restaurant’s name.

      To start, we ordered Street Samosa Chat and Wannabe Drumsticks and these small dishes were truly yummy!

      Next, we shared Lambada Chicken, Chicken Biryani and Lamb Shank Nihaari accompanied with Lacha Paratha. Our mains were exceptional and spiced appropriately to request.

      Overall, our dining experience was memorable so much so I can’t wait to visit again!
