Just used their online ordering for the first time and was very impressed at how easy it was, will definitely be doing this again!

I like this store although it does feel cramped. Not to big like the others. Staff always friendly. Car park a pain!

Store is quite cramped and can be difficult to get around if it is busy. Car parking can also be limited in busy times due to sharing with other shops. The range is average.

a great store now its bigger, staff are all smiley and chatty when at the checkouts, theres pretty good stock although were out of certain sizes of 2 clothing items i wanted to buy which is a shame, parking area is small so can be a bit of a pain

Hit and miss with customer service here, some are willing to help you, where as others blantly don't wish to help.
I also find it frustrating that evey aisle has lollies/chocolate etc within kids height and reach. When I enquired about having a confectionary free aisle I was told that this is the way it is, and its the way the confectionary staff set it up. Surely The Warehouse have a say on where stuff in their store goes and on having a confectionary free aisle making it that much easier on parents. I found that my feedback was dismissed with attitude.
