Long wait, and unhelpful abrupt reception workers.

Failed on a leak in the power steering line had never leaked a drop in three years of owning the vehicle.10 mins of getting home leaked all the power steering fluid all over my perents drive way!! Not impressed to say the least

The best WOF experience I've ever had.

We arrived this Morning and although the receptionist appeared a little flustered we left the car and went to Bunnings next door.

We returned with the car passing with a couple of recommendations and staff who know their stuff.

Would recommend going early to avoid queues as when we were leaving at 10am the queue was growing fast

Went early so no queue which was good. Very thorough and efficient service and staff identify any repairs needed quickly Pleasant staff and thorough in their job. Nice coffe and magazines to read while waiting
