I went in with my sister, they barely spoke to us and the lady doing my sisters nails cut her with the cuticle cuter, then put some sort of 'disinfectant' in a unlabelled plastic bottle on it which stung and she ended up with an infection. While the finished product looked good I wouldn't go back.

Great place to go. I went for a pedicure and the chairs are awesome. New & clean with massage for neck, back and bum (yes bum - strange but enjoyable sensation). Loved how I didn't have to chat with the technician and could enjoy the treatment and read the magazine.

Great selection of colours including gel - I got hot pink gel with cute flower nail art on my big toe. Gel looked great and lasted three weeks without a chip.

Convenient location in Royal Oak shopping centre which has underground parking to avoid the wet weather.

Definately recommend for great service with value for money.

Great nail bar. Friendly and efficient. Had peace and quiet to write a few cards whilst being pampered.

First lady was lovely but no one introduced them selves. The lady who tended to me when I sat down wasn't interested in even really trying to make me relaxed. She jabbed the nail cleaner so far down the sides of my nails that I now have an infected toe which I've never had before. I usually feel wonderful after a pedi but I felt cheated. I paid and emailed feedback. Which no one took notice of. Very unhappy.Sadly I won't go back.

Perhaps a brush up on basic service would be good.
