I was very annoyed after my visit. I am maternity leave and money is tight, but decided to treat myself to a pedicure for a special occasion. The person doing my nails didn't even talk to me, insead just pulled my foot in and out of the water which was stone cold. The lady then cut my cuticule so badly that it bleed everywhere, she put alcohol on it then put my foot back into the water bleeding. I then got a pathetic leg and foot rub and the polish went on. My toe was still bleeding so she pushed cotton wool on it and painted my toes sealing the cut with polish! The lady then went round the edges of my nail with her finger nail poking her nail into the cut, when I pulled my foot away and yelped was the only time she said sorry (that was the first time she spoke to me). To top it all off the polish job was not good, streaky. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE
