Taupo Events Centre Sports Stadium is Taupo's largest indoor venue. It is located only five minutes from Taupo's centre and has significant parking. A multi-purpose facility with a number of marked playing courts, well-equipped function room and a club room. This venue is ideal for private functions, sporting competitions, concerts, trade shows, expos and banquets. ## Stadium + 3 full sized basketball courts, or one large centre court + 3 netball courts, or one large centre court + 2 indoor soccer areas + 4 courts of volleyball + 10 badminton courts ## Function Room *A large versatile Function Room, with small adjoining kitchen, suitable for meetings, dinner or cocktail functions.* + Semi-circular room - 12m x 9m + Large expanse of floor to ceiling windows + Access to a large outdoor deck with seating + Kitchenette + Close proximity to the stadium (ideal as coaches/referees breakout room). ## Club Room Adjacent to the stadium the Club Room is a versatile venue suitable for a variety of activities such as a headquarters for sports tournaments, a dressing room for bands or shows, as a registration area for expo's and shows, AGM's, or as a contained area for birthday parties.
