Drive here rather than going to my closest a&e, in my experience the wait times have been so much more reasonable.

Have used this service 3 times and each time have not had to wait too long considering it was very busy. Doctors were good and great how there is a chemist located in the building.

Very very busy medical centre. Roster of doctors so you don't know who you will get. Chemist on the premises which is very handy.

went in and told receptionist that my dr adviced me over the phone to go there as I had chest pain and my drs clinic was going to be too far for me. Informed reception I have chest pain, someone was standing behind her (maybe a nurse?) she said “you can see we are so full” told me to go home. I left there crying thinking I was going to die that night without being seen. Had she advised me to go to hospital or another clinic or had she told me that my symptoms are not a priority for her then I would have understood but I was told to go home. Felt so unsafe, not coz of the pain but coz of the clinic

Hqve had some good, and some bot so good experiences here. Usually get good care, however ataff can be quite blunt and impatient. Patients need a bit of care if tgeyre concerned, not attitude. Simple explanations can really help. Veey very very expensive for adults. And there is a charge for x-rays, which is hard in an emergency.
