I love Jackie E and the staff have always been super helpful every time I have gone into store always resulting in purchases. But last Thursday morning (9/11/2017) was an entirely different experience. when I walked into store with my son in his stroller, the staff member was busy with other customers so I didn't expect a greeting which is fine, but after theses customers left, I was still in the store looking around 10mins in, she did not approach me to ask me for help, never said hello, this still didn't deter me and I preceded to try on about 8 different blazers as I was returning to the work force and needed some smart clothes... after an additional 15mins in the clothing stall she still hadn't come over to ask if I was ok? ... I then went out and asked her if they stocked any more blazers as I wanted something longer she told me no, I asked her if they had another size and without even checking she said no?!! Normally this would put me off and I would leave the store but because I needed some good quality work clothes I remained. After trying a few more without her assistance I decided on two but by this time my son was getting upset and hungry so I needed to ask her to hold the items for me.. her reaction to me asking her to hold the items left me speechless she looked at me like I was asking her to do a horrible job. I have NEVER had such bad customer service from a store, this experience has put me off Jackie E entirely, suffice to say I never went back, instead I went into PORTMANS where the staff was wonderful and spent 15mins helping me, I spent twice as much on a jacket there just because of the amazing customer service I received. JACKIE E please train this staff member on what customer service is about. Thanks
