      Was less than impressed when I went in for help a few weeks ago.
      I had a new credit card and believe the chip was faulty so went in.
      The staff member said that she couldn't help, I needed to log on to internet banking and order it myself. I done that only to find the only option was to pay $15 for a new card. I wasn't impressed.
      I have always previously received great service from ASB

      The ATM went crazy and swallowed $150.00 the manager was rude about it. It was only sorted out when I asked for help from a replacement manger. I will not use them again to do not recommend using them.
