Was less than impressed when I went in for help a few weeks ago.
I had a new credit card and believe the chip was faulty so went in.
The staff member said that she couldn't help, I needed to log on to internet banking and order it myself. I done that only to find the only option was to pay $15 for a new card. I wasn't impressed.
I have always previously received great service from ASB
We have recently taken a mortgage with ASB Bank and I needed to pop into the branch to verify my documents. I must admit, while the staff were extremely pleasant, they didn't complete the processes correctly on two occasions, which led to delays from our end. Oh well, probably just got them on a bad day!
