Whangarei Central Baptist Church

A really nice church to go to. New pastor with exciting ideas. Friendly people to have fellowship with. They have lots of outreach programmes too, many that involve the youth of Whangarei. They have healing rooms as well, for those needing comfort.

When an elderly relative came to live in Whangarei, she was lonely, as she had left all her friends behind, when she moved. Someone recommended the 4C's Club at Whangarei Central Baptist Church, which is held on Monday mornings. We took her along, and, after witnessing the fun and laughter of the other 100 or elderly people, there, we had no hesitation in leaving our relative in their capable hands. For the pittance of an entrance fee she paid, she not only enjoyed doing many different activities, but she was served a lunch (and made friends too). This church and the 4C's programme, which is open to the public, is highly recommended!
