Great shop for Christmas shopping & little something for yourself. Delicious smells, heaps of choice

Makes me sneeze a bit in here as is very smelly, but in a good way. The shop is bright and cheerful and well laid out. Products are as good as they always have been and their range just gets bigger and bigger. Very busy at this time of year but staff were still very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Nice Body Shop store - their cocoa body butter is amazing! They have very friendly staff.

Not a very pleasant store. The shop gives me a headache, and the products are quite expensive and not at all economical to purchase. Staff dont greet you or offer to help you while you wander around looking lost and confused.

staff are very friendly. they even showed me ow to use the bath creme in a small bowl of water. products are expensive but the quality is great.
