very compassionate and caring service .. the urn is a nicely well presented wooden box .. my heart felt words were inscribed into a lovely gold plate... this was inserted on the top and silver star stickers on the bottom ... thank you for being so very compassionate when I dropped her off, and then picked her up a day later ... I will most definitely recommend your service to my friends and family :-)
