I broke down on SH1 last week. Not nice for a woman who knows nothing about cars, although I could see that the exhaust pipe had broken off! After calling AA I received great service from Ruakaka Motors. They responded quickly and after organising my car to be towed to their garage, they repaired it straight away.

We broke down on a busy stretch of SH1 during the holiday period and were towed to Ruakaka Motors safety and promptly by the owner Greg (via our break down service). They were out of the part required but got one couriered from Whangarei while we had a nice relaxed lunch at the local cafe. They fitted the part in 20 minutes straight off the courier. The friendly prompt service and price was amazing. Definitely recommend Greg and the team at Ruakaka Motors.
