When looking for a property to buy, I found Northland Real Estate to be the real estate agency who went the extra mile. The real estate agent that helped me was knowledgeable and very helpful. She only took me to places that met the criteria I wanted. No wasting my time, showing me unsuitable properties or properties that were out of my price range. In the few weeks it took me to buy a property, this agent compiled another list of properties that she thought might interest me and kept me up to date with new, suitable listings. Great sense of humour in their property managers good to deal with them but would consider that some of their rental properties be updated as they are needing abit of freshening up some properties are older then me but can’t complain it’s a roof I can afford and for that I am grateful would appreciate if neighbours on the property would clean their mess too
