These guys do the best gluten free carrot cake! Love popping in for my morning tea or lunch. Reasonably priced too.

Great food which caters for a wide range of allergies as well as diet choices- unique and fresh options which is different to a lot of places in Whangarei! Definitly will come again

great little cafe in town, able to look out over town while you eat. they provide vegan options which are amazing also all of their other food is amazing aswell. they staff are always friendly aswell

Highly recommend Nectar Cafe! They have such a variety of food and what's great is the variety of gluten free food! Hard to find gf stuff in Whangarei that's decent for coeliacs but these guys are fab. They have the best berry friands and vege frittatas. Can't wait to go back

Im not gluten free, but they have a decent selection of gluten free options. The menu is simple, but the food tastes great. Very lovely staff, warm and friendly and always served with a smile. Coffee here is ok, not the best.
