One of the better maccas in Whangarei. They have a refill machine for fizzy, a wide range for mc cafe and a playground & party room. Staff are ok. Overall presentation of store is good too.

Came to have dinner while driving through Whangarei was so disappointed. meal took 10 minutes (Boss burger and wrap). Wrap was dry and bland, boss burger was okay. Chips were cold and staff were busy but unhelpful. Would not return clearly the kitchen needed more staff. friends eating with us said that when they ordered their wrap with grilled chicken they were told 10 mins after ordering that there was no grilled chicken and they took another 10 mins to bring out a wrap with crispy chicken. Wouldn't recommend this Maccas.

had coffee here on a friday night. Not too much of a wait but the bench chair we sat on in mccafe did not feel very secure ( when we sat down it moved) and the toilets were not clean.

The best service out of the 3 restaurants in town. Fast service, gets your order right.

Choice customer service and if there is an issue they will resolve it quick smart friendly faces always
