We have bought most of our furniture from here. The staff were very helpful and they coordinated items from a few different departments so that they were all delivered on the same day.

I had great service, they greeted me and helped me as soon as I walked in the store. Very happy

Good range of products. I found some very nice, stylish furniture from Furniture zone across the road but what I was looking for was something more homely. Harvey Norman had exactly what I wanted.

We recently had a hiccup with a delivery; at no fault of Harvey Normans, yet they went out of their way to help us. Really good service with staff that know what they are talking about and can easily help.

The staff are always welcoming, but, even if you say you are just browsing, they constantly badger you, to see if you want help. I find this irritating and it spoils the shopping experience. But, on saying that, they have an amazing range of furniture, kitchenware, computers and electronics to choose from and is the reason I go there first.
