I dropped in to see what was available for an outdoor dining set. I found the perfect table and chair set and got an amazing deal. The guy serving me was really helpful.
I went in on Wednesday and the set has just been delivered to my door on Saturday in perfect condition and exactly when they said it would be here - great communication from both the salesman and the delivery guys.
Excellent service all round, very happy!

I recently purchased a lounge suit from Harvey Norman. The sales person was polite and informative. They arranged to have the suit delivered to us and nothing was a problem. On delivery they offered to dispose of the packaging. We paid extra for the leather care kit and warranty extension and were very impressed with the extent of the cover offered, including damage by pets. Over all very good.

Beautiful, big store. The staff are friendly and helpful, and knowledgable about products sold in store. I also like how they recommend products to suit your own individual needs rather than pushing for the most expensive sale. Lots of good sales too.
