Hann Sang Korean BBQ Restaurant

From the rude way we were "shown" to our table ("I guess you can sit over there") to being made to feel like we were being unreasonable wanting to order a drink (we weren't told they had no liquor licence when we booked) to the waitress who had no idea what coeliac meant to our food being served by reaching across the table and having us pass dishes to each other to our drinks being cleared by the wait staff picking up the bottles and shaking them to see whether they were empty, the whole experience was just unpleasant. Been there, done that, won't be back and will make sure no one else I know wastes their money either.

Best Asian food in town, nice outdoor dining in summer and tasty great value food. Service also ticked the box for me as the staff were welcoming, friendly and prompt. Can highly recommend.

They advertised all you can eat lunch for $14.50 on Radio. I went for lunch and they said only one refill allowed, and had a sign up ‘Refillable once’ This is false advertising. When I said this to the manager she couldn’t give a damn about this. Not going back there anymore

I have yet to try this place but my dad recently did and he said it was so yummy and really afordable with the $14 meal. Will add another review when I come here.

We had a great experience at the new restaurant - I believe it was the owners who ran front of house (rather than hired staff, who we had heard bad feedback about), and I must say the service was excellent. Super friendly, they were happy to guide us on what to order, and which sides to mix together. The food was also excellent, we had a table of 5 and everything was superb. The pork hot pot soup (I can't remember the full name) was one of our favourites, and the assortment of sides that come with each dish very flavourful. Would absolutely go back again.
