FCO Whangarei Fishing-Camping-Outdoors

I went into FCO whangarei today and was so impressed with their new store. They have certainly expanded on their selection of products and brands. They have some excellent clothing in which I'll be buying for the family. We'll done FCO - your old store across the road was looking tired inside and had nowhere near the amount of stock and the variety you now have. Nice to see the young chap from across the road still behind the counter, he's always so friendly.

I went to FCO Whangarei Fishing-Camping-Outdoors to get a rod and reel combo for beach casting. I had very limited knowledge about what I should looking for.
The lady that served me was personable and knowledgable. She quickly picked out a medium quality setup in my price range which was what I had asked for. She was also quickly able to pick out a small selection of tackle that suited my particular needs.
As we discussed what I needed she mentioned a number if times her own background fishing which reassured me she knew what she was talking about.
I ended with a complete beach casting setup with tackle to suit at what I think was a pretty good price (although I can't be certain because of my lack of knowledge).
She even let me use a little bit of their hand disinfectant they had in stock to get rid of the smell of the bait I had been holding.
Overall a great experience.
