Lovely store and very helpful staff! Will go again

One of the last fabric shops in Whangarei. They have some lovely fabrics, but they aren't cheap. There was a flaw in the last lot of fabric I purchased from there, but the person serving me worked it out that I could cut around the flaw. She added on extra, though, at no charge, to ensure that I had enough fabric.

I called the store out of courtesy to let them know one of their fabrics had a fault right through the middle and length of the roll. It was a reasonably expensive fabric ($15 p/m) that we used for my wrap on my wedding day but luckily we managed to work around the fault. I thought the store might prefer to remove the roll from the shelf and therefore provide a better experience for other customers but they came across as rude and uninterested and responded 'this happens frequently'. Unhappy with my experience.
