Countdown is usually well stocked & has a great selection of products. Love the free fruit for kids, really helps! Just wish there were more checkout operators available, self service is a pain with a large shop. And if I wanted to pack it myself I'd go to pak n save.

Come here often for work shops. Always have a good range and most things are in stock. Self checkouts so you don't have to wait in line when you only have a few items

Went in looking for gluten free cake mixes and was pleasantly surprised by multiple options, which was great compared to the range at other conpetitors

Newest Countdown in Whangarei - Modern and well laid out. Good variety of products and handy to central Whangarei. Good place to grab your weekly shop.
