Never tried yoga before but was recommened by a friend to give it a try. Found the experience amazing in fact had back issues and after a couple of classes, back has massively improved. Would highly recommend it anyone.

Also Shelley is amazing to deal with.

Shelley knows her stuff. I have several issues with my body thanks to various problems like accidents etc, and have always felt a great deal of pain doing certain excercises, and because of that put off doing yoga, but she takes these issues on board and makes sure I do alternative movements. I feel so much better physically, and stronger where I was weak. I highly recommend Shelley's classes.
