Great gym been going here for 10+ years

Very friendly reception staff. As a complete gym novice the patience and advice shown by instructor Paddy was outstanding when showing me the equipment.
The very mixed ability age range and ability was the main initial reason that I chose this public facility over a privately run gym.

Fantastic range of activities, my boys love using the pool and the splash pad. Super affordable place to take the kids for a swim, enjoy the lessons too - 2 teachers to 3 kids for my 3 year old
