Nice range of products, lots of gift ideas with Christmas approaching, and great stocking stuffers for the kids.

SO convenient having the lotto counter in the same store.

Great store, excellent selection of children's books and cards. Staff can treat you as more of an inconvenience rather than a paying customer though.

Whitcoulls has changed alot of the last few years but i like that they have still kept their travel section, i like to pick up a book from there on a place and plan a holiday the old school way rather than using the internet - feels more authentic.

The staff a generally friendly, but sometimes do tend to ignore you when you are at the counter, which can be annoying. The book range is quite good.
