      After damaging the back of my foot i came here and got some exercises to help strengthen it back up. My feet feel so much better and i am no longer limping so i am very happy with the result.

      I have flat feet and i went to see what help could be given to make walking and running much more comfortable. Great service, the suggestions made a lot of sense and have helped immensely.
