Located upstairs at the St Johns Hill Shopping Centre in Wanganui, our highly qualified teachers aim to instill a love of dance into all of our students.
General Info
The Shirley McDouall School of Dance offer classes in Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Tap and Adult. The school has been operating successfully in Whanganui for over 60 years.A number of students have moved onto careers in dance with many hundreds of students passing through the school. Students are trained in the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Syllabus in Ballet and in Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (ISTD) syllabus in Modern.
