We normally have really good service from these guys, so was a bit disappointed when they dropped off a couple of boxes a few days ago that absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. Thankfully the smell hadn't got to the products inside, but still not nice to have that stink sitting in my house! Maybe don't smoke in your vans!

best prices for sending stuff to the bigger cities and the staff are helpful - a bit grumpy but helpful

Not the best customer service, it took them 4 days to find my parcel in their depot as it went missing.

The lady in the office must have been having a bad day when i rang as she was really grumpy - hopefully it was a one off.
