Never had a problem with this company as other had, my parcels always arrive on time and if i am not there i get a calling card

Used this company to get a letter down to Wellingon ASAP and it was there the next day - great service.

I sent a parcel to my son in Hamilton recently and they were very good with helping me to track the order when it didn't turn up. They found it and it got there in the end.

Our parcels have turned up at neighbors numerous times in which they say Courier Post van dropped off. How can your delivery man in Wanganui get address wrong when our number is clear and bold on our mailbox and clearly stated on parcels (Might I add that we shop regularly overseas and most of our stuff take weeks to arrive in NZ)

Really great service, our courier will always try to rede liver if we aren't home the first time which we appreciate, never had a problem.
