service and price could not be faulted. Arrived on time, solved the problem of a smoking woodburner which was a birds nest at the top of a tall 2 story chimney within 15 minutes, and left with no mess or fuss.

Good, professional service. We own a Pyroclassic fire and Sooty's were very knowledgeable about the best method to clean it.

We had a great experience with Sooty! We used the fire place in the morning so when the expert turned up it was too hot to be serviced, but he came back later on the same day and got the job done! It saved me time to book another appointment. Thanks a lot!
