Disgusting service never showed up, didn't even bother to ring me and let me know they could not do my chimney until the following week. And as for the lady who makes the appointments 'Trish' tell me I'm been rude and she doesn't have to listen to that, well WTF you made the appointment .

service and price could not be faulted. Arrived on time, solved the problem of a smoking woodburner which was a birds nest at the top of a tall 2 story chimney within 15 minutes, and left with no mess or fuss.
