Such a great family outing, so many different animals to meet. We loved seeing the Baboon's have their health check-up at The Nest Te K?hanga. We hadn't been for years, and were really impressed with the new (well to us) developments.

Wellington Zoo is the smallest zoo I've ever been to, but you can still see most of the cool animals in there. Used to go there every year for Xmas function, great to walk around the zoo after food at a summer night!

Great selection of animals. Zoo is kept tidy and clean. Reasonably cheap, although the gift shop is quite expensive. Staff are lovely and happy to give advice.

Great wee zoo. Easy to get around and get to. Kids loved it too. Fun day for all

Really wonderful zoo, there is such a well of knowledge for the kids to absorb and they can get really up close and personal with the animals in the animal encounters. The kids always enjoy themselves every time we come here.
