Very helpful staff helped me out on drainage products with good advice on what I needed for job I was doing around home

I usually get my building supplies from Bunnings and would rate myself at the top end of the DIY food chain. But had a difficult job and thought I would get professional service and a bigger range. So I went to Zip in Newtown, boy was I wrong. Unless you're a tradie no one wants to assist you and when they do prepare to be ridiculed if you don't know the name and size of every little fitting. The lad who served me professed to know nothing about proper use of the fittings I needed.
I absolutely hated the long wait and poor service and could not bring myself to go back to zip when I needed a couple of extra fittings ... so I went to Bunnings. What-do-you-know ... polite knowledgeable person, they had everything I needed and it was 20% cheaper. So I did a price check and realised I'd been utterly ripped off too.
