Yoga for the People is Wellington’s original hot yoga studio located at the top of Tory Street. We are the only studio in Wellington to offer Bikram Yoga & Inferno Hot Pilates, alongside Yin Yoga and Mat Pilates classes. We also have three on-site therapists, specialising in massage therapy, acupuncture and Thai massage.

Real nice yoga studio. Massive floor space really helps ensure you don't feel crowded. The instructor we had was great to deal with and they have excellent changing facilities. I will be visiting again.

Great yoga studio. Massive studio in a nice upstairs location. Lovely changing facilities. They have carpet which seems odd but other than that exceptional place to visit.
