The Setup on Manners

What an experience... But not a good one. It seems to be a converted office with fluorescent lights and no control over the aircon which was freezing. There is no window in the room. It was dirty and the drain on the bathroom stank. Room service consists of towels being thrown on the unmade bed. Only one lift worked and it airways was dirty and smelt disgusting. I would not stay here again

Very cheap and reliable service. Location is also great 5 minutes walk to supermarket, bars and surrounded with many restaurants .

Avoid like the plague. Owned by the same people who bought you Te Aro Tenancies (just look at their Tenancy Tribunal record if you want to know anything about them). Rooms are cramped and half built, beds are rock hard and the less said about the service the better (if there is any issue, expect to be ignored or all of a sudden the people behind the counter or over the phone to lose the ability to speak English out of the blue).

Cheap, dark, dingy, noisy, cold... need I say more....they even provide ear plugs! No window in room, paper thin walls and when we rang for help due to a fight in the corridor outside our room they sent a security company!!!!!
