Pricey products. Staff didn't serve or interact with me until I was at the till with a product in hand. If I wasn't buying a specific pair of boots that I couldn't find anywhere else then I wouldn't have brought it from here just from lack of service alone.

I have heard people describe this store as expensive, but this is not the case – the store only stocks quality brands and those brands are always going to cost more outright than a low-quality brand. I recently bought McKinlays boots; they were the same price as the McKinlays' website, and Timberland boots are the RRP.
The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful but don't crowd you or make you feel pressured to buy something.
Last Footwear also has a good range of Swandri gear and Moana Rd. bags. Best place in Wellington for quality footwear – good range of slippers, uggs, boots, and shoes.

The only local provider of Timberland boots until recently. Good sakes and friendly staff.
