Very simple but friendly atmosphere, courteous staff, good food But - better if the stock is in advance and be prepared for European prices

The potatoes could be better, the broc was a bit over-cooked but not unacceptably so. the wine recommendation for dessert was syruppy and far to rich for an eaton mess type thing. Service was good. I love it. Will certainly go back, the food is superb.

If you want to know what going out for dinner is like and in China, regal is the place to go. More and more kiwis are starting to come here, but the place is really keeping to its authentic Chinese food & service. Would highly recommend giving it a go. If you’re not too experienced eating Chinese food, I would recommend bring someone with you to help with the menu choice.

Great Sunday yum cha - only problem is it’s far too easy to get too much delicious food !!! All the dumplings were great, the roast pork fabulous, prawn toast heavenly - and then we didn’t have room for the crispy roast duck
