Rude and disorganised. Took me three goes for them to finally show up. The person who did the actual work was lovely, but Cody was condescending and rude on the phone. A week before the invoice was due he also stated threatening to come and take the window out of my building unless I paid immediately.

Great business! Arrived on time,price was great for a replacement window pane and he cleaned up after himself.I also appreciate the excellent communication as he called back soon after I had left a message.
