      Wow lightening fast overnight delivery, and to a rural address!
      Another courier company took five days to deliver my parcel so really impressed with your service

      Appalling. They consider my house rural which (according to city Council) is central wellington. As a result I need to pick up from from their depot, during the week. They don't accept cellphone calls as well.

      The courier driver who drops off our boxes each day is super friendly and always says hello which is nice, as the other courier driver from a different company barely makes eye contact.
