Have waited since Thursday for a parcel to be collected. I booked a pick up on Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning. Driver never comes and today (Monday) he arrived but never came to the door. He said he couldnt see a parcel at the door and it was raining. The parcel was at the door AND I was at home. I saw him as he was leaving. He just left and when I complained he phoned and said he would collect this evening. He never arrived

The courier driver who drops off our boxes each day is super friendly and always says hello which is nice, as the other courier driver from a different company barely makes eye contact.

The driver that comes to our work in central Wellington is very friendly and often stops for a chat. never had any issues with the company at all.

Appalling. They consider my house rural which (according to city Council) is central wellington. As a result I need to pick up from from their depot, during the week. They don't accept cellphone calls as well.

Post Haste provide an professional service ,when I drop off my items to Kuripuni Book Shop my items to be sent are collected by Post Haste and most times delivered by early next day
