Page European incorrectly installed my shock absorbers after failing my WoF. The spacer plates were installed upside down, which gave the car an awful squeak over any kind of bump. When I brought the car back, I was told it was a different, very complicated issue requiring a day's labour and probably not worth fixing. I said I wanted it fixed anyway, they said they'd get back to me with a suitable time. After hearing nothing back, I emailed again. No reply.
As it turns out I am glad they didn't contact me, as I took my car to another BMW specialist and they quickly identified the problem and fixed it for less than one hour's labour! Very disappointed with the service from Page since ownership changed in 2016.

Had car serviced prior to moving cities. They forgot to check the spark plugs, and which another mechanic picked up after issues became apparent. Contacted Page European, who will not do anything to rectify the issue and used the excuse that they were busy.
