Went for a scan a few weeks ago. Hard to find parking on the street outside. Got in before the appointment time. Was quick to have the scan and the results were sent to the doctor that same day.

Great friendly staff and service. Lots
of tests available. Ample parking. The cafe onsite is good.

I hesitate to give this review as some aspects of the service are really good - it was often easier to get an appointment here than other branches (and an easy enough drive from the cbd that I could pop down during my lunch hour) and the appointment often started early. However I managed to get a trainee on the 3 visits I have had in the last few months and what was meant to be a 15-20 minute scan has taken over an hour at times. It was also fairly that the trainee radiologist did not really have enough knowledge to be doing scans on their own yet. So I have to say for this reason if it is possibleto book at another branch I probably will do that in the future.

Was booked in for xrays at 3.45 today but the team managed to change that to suit me and moved my appointment to 8.15 so I would make it to work in time.
The staff there are lovely as they don’t actually open until 8.30 and parking was a breeze right outside the front door.
