I don't like leaving reviews, especially poor ones but feel compelled to warn people. Terrible and rude manager. Lovely call centre staff but manager is awful. Failed to pick up our rubbish bin, refused to acknowledge their error and come back to pick up, refused to refund despite paying for a service we didn't receive, please stay away.

Absolutely terrible and rude service from office staff. Dealing with these guys was extremely stressful as they wouldn’t pick up the bin when we requested due to “backlog” which interferes with development on our property.
