Great retaurant - the beef fillet is perfect. Staff were attentive. Extensive drink menu - just beware that the menu is seafood leaning

Excellent food, excellent service. What more could you ask? Very accommodating when it came to making arrangements for the birthday celebrations and even included some special birthday touches - all of which were much appreciated. We will definitely be back - one of Wellington's gems.

Always perfect! Steak is great, staff are great, drinks too. Never fail to make a great time, we always look forward to come back to Ortega.

The fish I had was just cooked to absolute perfection. Easily one of the best fish dishes I have ever had. The octopus, my partner got, and next time I will be getting that as I had food envy! The flavour profiles on this food is just wonderful. They also have a fantastic selection of wines.
