I have never had a late bus through Newlands which is great when you are on quite a tight time schedule. The seats are comfortable and quite wide which is great as some buses have very small, narrow seats.

Great everyday form of transport and drivers are very kind. Buses do come exactly on time which makes travel planning easy.
Do like some of their buses they service occasionally where it has leather seats which made it an airplane like feel to it.

Very friendly staff at the office, who are always more than happy to help. It is also just about the only place where the smart card can be topped up using a credit card.

Efficient and friendly in my dealings with them lost property was handed in straight away and enquiry dealt with promptly.
