New World Supermarkets

This is right next to my work so I stop in a few times a week to pick up a drink or my favourite danish. The bakery here is very good and there os so much to try and they also have a good selection of lunch food. Because of the location I can also nip in before heading home to pick up anything I need for that night.

Great to have a supermarket In the middle of town. Great selection. The queues can be long at peak hours, particularly at lunch, but they do move quickly. Great location and always clean and tidy.

Willy street is small new world but the bakery section is out of this world . love the fact that they are 100 nz owned and operated and has a very good range of high quality products from meat to produce and the produce and meat products are very fresh too rather than pack and save or any other grocery . very good customer frindly staff as well .

Great location, good store can get very busy but the lines move surprisingly fast! Great bakery.

This store is MUCH nicer now that it has been renovated, airy and well-laid out, I would like to see something similar done with the back of the store since this is still very cramped. Good selection, could do with more self-service checkouts, especially since at peak times you don't always get the option to use a self-checkout even if you have lined up for them, which is annoying when you're not wanting to talk to a checkout operator for whatever reason.
