New World Supermarkets

Great supermarket with reasonable prices in the heart of CBD. You can buy anything from basic food through hygienic product or even some basic home electrics or stationary. Great selection of local and foreign products. Staff is very helpful and there are many discounts. Sometimes it can be packed right after work hours though.

This store is MUCH nicer now that it has been renovated, airy and well-laid out, I would like to see something similar done with the back of the store since this is still very cramped. Good selection, could do with more self-service checkouts, especially since at peak times you don't always get the option to use a self-checkout even if you have lined up for them, which is annoying when you're not wanting to talk to a checkout operator for whatever reason.

Smaller and slightly more expensive than the typical new world. However the Willis street New World is local and very convenient.

This particular store always has nice quality food, and a superb bakery. Wide range of affordable food.

Willis Street Metro is my go-to and used to live very close to it. Has a surprising number of items considering it's limited size. Great bakery section and also has a gluten-free mini aisle! Store manager has been there a long-time and always gives a smile!
